1. Conditions Of Use
All Audi and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions: If you visit the All Audi shop you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. All Audi controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of, this site and materials contained. If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.
All content included on the site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software are all owned by All Audi and are protected by international copyright laws.
3. License and Site Access
All Audi grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents, any collection and use of any products, any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions or prices, any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without written consent of All Audi.
4. Product Descriptions
All Audi and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable or error free. From time to time there may be information on www.all-audi.co.uk that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and are plus VAT and delivery.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur then All Audi cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
7. Delivery service
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either to your home or to your place of work. Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 2 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days. We aim to deliver within 2 working days but sometimes due to high order volume and in certain in sales periods please allow 3 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Items of larger value or size will be sent out via a recorded courier service, which will need a signature. If you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from your local depot or arrange another delivery. Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you may still be able to collect the package from your local collection point. Should an item be returned to us at extra cost then we will pass that charge on to you.
8. Receiving your item
When receiving your items you must check their condition before signing for them. We regret that items signed for in good condition cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged item then you must call us within 5 days of receiving it or noticing the fault. If we agree to the reasons for return you must send us an email to email@example.com, or a letter addressed to: Returns, All Audi, 236 Broomhill Road, Brislington, Bristol, BS4 5RG. If the letter is not sent by recorded delivery then we cannot guarantee that we have received it. Please include your phone number, invoice number, date of invoice and details of items that you wish to return. We will then contact you with a returns authorization (RA) number which you must have before sending items back to ensure that you receive your refund or replacement. Any product without a RA number will not be refunded. Items must arrive back to us within 7 days of our telephone conversation. Returned items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and with all accessories and documents that were provided by the manufacturer. If any labels are removed from the product the warranty becomes void. We will replace your item if we are able or refund if a suitable replacement is not available. Carriage costs cannot be refunded.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning as we cannot refund items that turn up in a poor or damaged condition. We also suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery.
All Audi will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All carriage back to All Audi is to be paid for by the purchaser. We are unable to refund you any carriage fees. Any product returned found not to be defective will be refunded within 14 days but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover our administration and testing costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the purchasers expense. If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second postage charge may apply.
If we have agreed to the exchange of your item(s) then please return them to us to arrive within 7 days of our telephone conversation to: Returns, All Audi, 236 Broomhill Road, Brislington, Bristol, BS4 5RG. Items received after this time will not be exchanged. Items returned for exchange must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and with all accessories and documents that were provided by the manufacturer. If any labels are removed from the product the warranty becomes void. Please allow approximately 3 days from the time that we have received your item until the time that you receive your replacement. All extra carriage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are not available for items that we have acquired especially for your order (this does not apply to faulty goods which will be exchanged like for like if a replacement is available.) Discounted or our end of line products can only be returned for repair no refunds of replacements will be made.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 Subject to the provisions of these terms, the following provisions set out the entire financial liability of us (including any liability for the acts or omissions of our employees, agents and sub-contractors) to you in respect of:
12.1.1 any breach of these terms; and
12.1.2 any representation, statement or tortious act or omission including negligence arising under or in connection with the Contract.
12.2 All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law (save for the conditions implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended)) are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the Contract.
12.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability:
12.3.1 for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
12.3.2 under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
12.3.3 for fraud or for fraudulent misrepresentation; or
12.3.4 for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
12.4 Subject to clause 12.3, we will not be liable to you for:
12.4.1 any indirect or consequential, special or punitive loss, damage, costs or expenses;
12.4.2 loss of profit;
12.4.3 loss of business;
12.4.4 loss of income or revenue;
12.4.5 loss or corruption of or damage to data;
12.4.6 waste of management or office time; or
12.4.7 depletion of goodwill.
12.5 Subject to clause 12.3, our total liability to you under or connected with these terms will not exceed 100% (one hundred per cent) of the price payable for the Goods and / or Services for any one event or series of connected events.
13. Export restrictions
At present the All Audi shop only accepts orders from mainland Britain. We are able to send some items to offshore and international destinations and invite your enquiries.
14. Privacy Notice
This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. All Audi uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers. During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you. We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes: To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested. To improve the content, design and layout of the website. To understand the interest and buying behavior of our registered users.
To perform other such general marketing and promotional focused on our products and activities.

General information on parts
Audi Part Numbers
Part numbers listed against any part are either taken directly from the part or are numbers retrieved from genuine Audi data using chassis numbers. Audi often update part numbers. Even though a part is identical it may have several different part numbers. Therefore we often list several numbers. However, if you think the listed part may be correct for your car but the listed numbers do not match what you have, then please provide your chassis number and we will let you know if our part is compatible with your requirements.
All body panels are sold as straight and undamaged unless otherwise stated in the listing. However, we cannot guarantee that the paintwork is perfect. If you are purchasing a body panel and the condition of the paintwork is important to you then please ask us for further clarification of it’s condition.
